Underfall Yard Visitor Centre
As part of Bristol Walk Fest 2019, the Underfall Yard is delighted to offer a guided walk with something for everyone. We will explore the engineering feats behind the creation of the Floating Harbour; the impact of the 1960s road network on Hotwells; the interesting medical history of Dowry Square; Georgian architecture and Brunel’s iconic bridge. This walk has an uphill stretch, but we will ensure that we have plenty of stops along the way.
Please assemble in the Underfall Yard Visitor Centre at 1.45 p.m. While booking is not required, to aid planning it would be greatly appreciated if you could let us know in advance if you plan to join us.
