Andrew Blayney, Heritage, Learning & Volunteer Manager

Our amazing volunteers help us to run the Visitor Centre, gather stories and memories of the yard, take gorgeous photographs, lead tours galore and much more besides. We have nearly 60 volunteers helping us and we are always in need of more engaged, interested and enthusiastic people to join the team.
Underfall Yard is home to skilled maritime businesses and organisations offering a wide range of services relating to: boat building, rigging, blacksmithing, marine engineering, marine safety, maritime training and maritime leisure pursuits.
